At Torremolinos Plus we strive to provide excellent service to our customers, and part of this is to offer a clear and efficient shipping policy. Below, we detail the main aspects of this policy:
Shipping location
All our products are shipped from our headquarters in Torremolinos, Malaga.
Delivery term
The delivery time for our products is between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the type of delivery selected by the customer. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Shipping types
We offer two types of shipping for our products:
- Standard shipping: the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days and has a cost of 5 euros.
- Urgent shipping: the delivery time is 2 business days and has a cost of 8 euros.
The customer can select the type of shipping they prefer during the purchase process.
Shipment tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the corresponding tracking information, so that they can know the status of their shipment at all times.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is added to the final price of the product and varies according to the type of shipping selected by the customer.
International delivery
At the moment, we only offer national shipping, that is, to any address within Spain.
