The journey
to the wound

A call to raise awareness of our emotional wounds

This workshop is a call to become aware of our emotional wounds in the here and now. A work from Gestalt Therapy to be able to identify them, know their status, feel them and take care of them as responsible adults, a necessary condition to live the present fully and aligned with our true meaning of life.

The wound, conscious or unconscious, not only prevents us from contacting our true needs, but also causes us to confuse them or substitute others, leaving us in a state of permanent dissatisfaction.

  • Identify and focus the work with our childhood wounds, get them out of the background and make figures to be able to treat them and help them heal through a process of acceptance and understanding of the coordinates that surrounded their origin.
  • Become aware of the issues that we have open here and now as a consequence of our wounds.
